Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance Amending Article 21 of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment of Revolutionaries, Fallen Heroes and their Families, War Invalids, Diseased Soldiers, Resistance War Activists and People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution,
which was adopted by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on February 14, 2000.
