- Management boards of industrial parks, export-processing zones, hi-tech zones and economic zones.

In the Official Dispatch No. 8909/BKHDT-PC dated December 31, 2020, the Ministry of Planning and Investment commented on the implementation of certain investment procedures pending the promulgation of the Decree on guidelines for implementation of the Law on Investment.

As requested by several local authorities, the Ministry of Planning and Investment hereby promulgates additional forms of documents serving investment procedures (A list thereof is enclosed with this Official Dispatch).

Difficulties that arise from the implementation of this Official Dispatch should be reported in writing to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for timely instructions./.
