Điều 45. Trách nhiệm của Cơ quan Thanh tra, giám sát ngân hàng
1. Chịu trách nhiệm trước Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước khi thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo thẩm quyền được quy định tại Thông tư này.
2. Là đầu mối thực hiện nhiệm vụ thanh tra và giám sát hoạt động chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch, văn phòng đại diện và đơn vị sự nghiệp của ngân hàng hợp tác xã3. Có ý kiến với Ngân hàng Nhà nước chi nhánh= 0 && rect.bottom <= (window.innerHeight || document.documentElement.clientHeight);
