5.3 Visibility requirements
For the purpose of safety and visibility of vehicles during road traffic, houses at the corner of the street shall be built in a way that it is possible to facilitate sight triangles in accordance with Schedule 1 (see Figure 2).

5.4 Distance and relation requirements relative to adjacent structures
5.4.1 Gables of two adjacent row house rows shall not be less than 4,0 m apart. Doors located at kerb height up to 2,5 m above the kerb height when open shall not extend past property line.
5.4.2 Façade of two shophouse rows shall be 8,0 m to 12,0 m apart. The stretch of land between two rows shall not contain any structure. If a side of a shophouse adjoins an empty plot, openable windows and balconies are allowed on that side.
