SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND RAW MATERIALS MANUFACTURED IN VIETNAM

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of The Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 promulgating the additional list of machinery, equipment, materials and raw materials manufactured in the country;

Pursuant to the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Document No. 5790/BCT-KH dated July 30, 2012 providing guidance on revisions and supplements to the list of machinery, equipment, materials and raw materials manufactured in the country

Article 2. This list shall serve as the basis for the ministries, departments, People’s Committee of central-affiliated cities and provinces to instruct the implementation of the provisions set out in Article 2 of the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 promulgating the list of machinery, equipment, materials and raw materials manufactured in the country.

Article 3. During the implementation of this Decision, the ministries, departments, People’s Committee of central-affiliated cities and provinces, economic groups, corporations, companies and associations shall continue submission of proposal to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for revisions and supplements to the list in accordance with real-life circumstances.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect since the signing date./.
