DECISION

ON THE TARIFF QUOTAS APPLICABLE TO IMPORT GOODS IN 2006

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government on the functions tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg dated May 9, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the application of tariff quotas to import goods in Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decision No. 46/2005/QD-TTg dated March 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister adjusting the List of import goods subject to tariff quotas;
After consulting with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the tariff quotas for the year 2006;
At the proposal of the director of the Import-Export Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The tariff quotas applicable to import goods in 2006 shall be as follows:

Article 2. Subjects of the tariff quotas, the allocation of tariff quotas, the implementation organization and other provisions shall comply with the guidance in Circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 of the Minister of Trade guiding the implementation of Decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg dated May 9, 2003 of the Prime Minister on applying the tariff quotas to import goods in Vietnam in 2005.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in CONG BAO.

Article 4. The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the presidents of the Peoples committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, the heads of agencies of the Ministry of Trade and the concerned enterprises shall have to implement this Decision.
