SWAPPING THE WEEKENDS DURING HOLIDAYS 2013

For the purpose of enabling officials and employees to travel conveniently during the traditional holidays, reducing administrative and personal expenses, ensuring that employees leave continuously, with the authorization from the Prime Minister in the Official Dispatch No. 9570/VPCP-KGVX dated November 23^rd 2012 of the Government Office on swapping weekends during holidays 2013, applicable to officials and employees, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs announces the swapping of weekends during holidays 2013 as follows:

1. New year’s holiday:

Officials and employees in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (hereinafter referred to as officials) shall leave on Monday, December 31^st 2012, and go to work on Saturday, January 05^th 2013. Accordingly, officials shall have 4 consecutive days off during New year's holiday 2013, starting from December 29^th 2012 until the end of January 01^st 2013.

2. Lunar New year holidays:

Officials shall leave on Friday, February 15^th 2013 and go to work on Saturday, February 23^rd 2013. Accordingly, officials shall have 09 consecutive days off during Lunar New Year holidays, starting from February 09^th 2013 until the end of February 17^th 2013.

3. Victory day April 30^th and International Labor day May 1^st:

The organizations that do not have Saturdays and Sundays off shall schedule their own days off based on the programs and plans.

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Announcement for the convenience of the people and organizations./.
