Điều 20. Quản lý đối với các khoản nợ đã mua, bán
1. Tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài:
a) Tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài mua nợ phải hạch toán theo dõi riêng theo giá mua thực tế của khoản nợ được mua, bán đảm bảo phân định được các khoản nợ mua với các khoản nợ hình thành từ hoạt động cấp tín dụng của chính tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài và phải tính số tiền mua nợ vào tổng mức dư nợ cấp tín dụng đối với bên nợ;
b)2. Tổ chức, cá nhân không thuộc đối tượng tại khoản 1 Điều này quản lý khoản nợ đảm bảo không trái quy định của pháp luật.
