ON AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF SOME CONTENTS OF INTERIM REGULATIONS FOR SHIPPING COMPANIES JOINING IN THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OF PASSENGERS BY BUS IN HANOI ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THE DECISION NO.71/2004/QD-UB

HANOI CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE

- Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees;

- Pursuant to the Decree No.51/1999/ND-CP dated 8/7/1999 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Encouragement of Domestic Investment (amended);

- Pursuant to the Decree No.31/2005/NĐ-CP 11/3/2005 of the Government on the manufacture and supply of public-utility products and services;

- Pursuant to the Decision No.71/2004/QD-UB dated 14/05/2004 of the City People’s Committee on issuing Interim Regulations for the enterprises participating in public passenger transport by bus in Hanoi;

- At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Transport and Public Works in the Statement No.634/KH-GTCC dated 04/08/2005,

Article I: To adjust, supplement some contents "Interim Regulations for the shipping companies participating in public passenger transport by bus in Hanoi, issued together with Decision No.71/2004/QD-UB dated 14/05/2004 of the City People’s Committee as follows:

1 - Article 3, supplement Clause 3:

In case of having request of the City, the City People's Committee authorizes to the Department of Transport and Public Works to order additional bus services outside the contract, the enterprises are responsible for providing additional services.

2 - Article 6 - Clause 2, supplement:

To be counted interest from loans to invest into cost.

3 - Article 6 - Clause 6, adjust:

4 - Article 7, Clause 2, adjust:

- Type of contract: The contract has price adjustment

Contract is adjusted in the event of fluctuations in prices of raw materials, state policy changes affecting the cost of products, services and changing, adjusting volume of order.

Article III: Office chief of the city People's Committee; Directors of the Departments:

Planning and Investment, Finance, Transport and Public Works, directors, heads of concerned departments, branches and the enterprises participating in public passenger transport by bus are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
