To:

- Confederations of Labor of provinces and cities;
- Central trade unions and equivalent;
- Trade unions of General companies affiliated to General Confederation of Labor.

Pursuant to Resolution of the 12^th Executive Board of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 6^th session No. 09/NQ-BCH dated July 6, 2020 on further sharing burden with trade unionists influenced by Covid-19 pandemic, Executive Board of Vietnam General Confederation reach a consensus as follows:

Firstly, further exempt the following entity from trade union fee: “A trade unionist earning an income less than statutory pay rate may be exempt from a trade union fee whilst he/she receives such an income”.

Secondly, the length of time in which the trade union fees are exempt due to impact of Covid-19 pandemic shall last until December 21, 2020.
