To: Customs Departments of provinces
In furtherance of the Government’s Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP dated 29/4/2020 on licensing export of medical masks amid effort to control COVID-19 pandemic, General Department of Customs requests that:
1. The export of facemasks and medical masks shall comply with the Law on Customs and its guiding documents. Declarants are not required to submit or present the export license. Customs authorities shall facilitate export and ensure conformity with customs laws.
2. This Official Dispatch replaces the documents of General Department of Customs on implementation of the Government’s Resolution No. 20/NQ-CP dated 28/02/2020 on licensing export of medical masks amid COVID-19 pandemic.
