On September 20, 2018, the Government Office issued Official Dispatch No. 9075 / VPCP-DMDN requesting the Ministry of Public Security to the response to inquiry and proposals of the Green Apple Co. Ltd. (the address is at 596 Hai Ba Trung, Cam Pho Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province) with regard to the regulations on visa conversion for foreign workers.

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Public Security’s opinions are as follows:

Foreigners who are granted visas under guarantee provided by the employing companies and have been given work permits, may apply for visas or temporary residence cards accordingly.

The Green Apple Co. Ltd. shall contact Vietnam Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security or Immigration & Naturalization Service in Quang Nam province to follow the procedures in accordance with laws.
