An error in the Government’s Decree No. 41/2020/ND-CP dated April 08, 2020 on tax and land rent deferral, which was caused by some technical issue, is amended as follows:
On page 5, lines 20 and 21 from the top (Clause 4 Article 3 of Decree No. 41/2020/ND-CP) read: “...Thời gian gia hạn là 05 tháng kể từ ngày 31 tháng 5 năm 2010” (“…will be deferred for 05 months to May 31, 2010 at the earliest”) .
Such phrase shall be replaced with “...Thời gian gia hạn là 05 tháng kể từ ngày 31 tháng 5 năm 2020” (“…will be deferred for 05 months to May 31, 2020 at the earliest”)./.
