DECISION

ON THE LOCATIONS OF THE HANOI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY AND THE HO CHI MINH CITY NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Pursuant to the Land Law on the 14th of July 1993;
At the proposals of the Ministry of Education and Training (official dispatch No.9203-KHTC on the 29th of December 1994, and official dispatch No.315 on the 18th of January 1995), of the People's Committees of Ha Tay and Song Be provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.

DECIDES:

Article 1.- The land area for the construction of the Hanoi National University is set at 1,000 hectares in the territory of the Agricultural Farm 1A in Thach That district, Ha Tay province, according to the selected boundary map for the Hanoi National University attached to the official dispatch No.3209-KH/TC on the 29th of December 1994 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Article 2.- The land area for the construction of the Ho Chi Minh City National University is set at 800 hectares, of which 600 hectares belong to Dong Hoa and Binh An communes,Thuan An district, Song Be province, and 200 hectares belong to Tan Phu commune, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City. The above land area occupies position No.01 on the map of selected sites of the Ho Chi Minh City National University attached to the official dispatch No.315-KH/TC on the 18th of January 1995 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Article 3.- The Ministry of Education and Training, the General Administration of Land, and the People's Committees of Ha Tay and Song Be provinces and Ho Chi Minh City shall complete all the required dossiers and procedures to submit to the Prime Minister for decision to assign the l and to the Hanoi National University and the Ho Chi Minh City National University as stipulated by law.
