Providing for the rates and the regime of collection, remittance, management and use of aviation charges and fees
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Finance Minister’s Decision No. 116/1999/QD-BTC of September 21, 1999.- (Summary)
