ASSIGNING THE TASK OF POST-GRADUATE TRAINING TO THE ARMY HOSPITAL 108

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Decision No.224-TTg on the 24th of May 1976 by the Prime Minister on in-country post-graduate training;
At the proposals of the Ministry of Defense (official dispatch No.518-QP on the 11th of April 1994); the Ministry of Education and Training (official dispatch No.8749-SDH on the 14th of December 1994); the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (official dispatch No.88-TCCBKH on the 11th of January 1995),

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To assign the task of post-graduate training to the Army Hospital 108 (Ministry of Defense).

Article 2.- The Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, and the Ministry of Health shall co-ordinate in deciding which subjects to be included in the post-graduate training program at Army Hospital 108.

Article 3.- The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the State Planning Committee, and the Heads of the concerned ministries and relevant agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
