FOR SUPPLEMENT 10 PLANT SPECIES INTO THE LIST OF PROTECTED PLANT SPECIES

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

- Based on the Decree No 86/2003/ND-CP dated on July 18th 2003 of the Government which stipulated the functions, duties, authority and organization of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- Based on the Seed Ordinance;

- According to the proposal of Director of Department of Agriculture.

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of Protected Plant Species be added 10 Plant species as follow:

Article 3. New Plant Variety Protection Office is responsible for organization and implementing the protection for new plant variety follow the stipulation of the Law.

Article 4. Leader of Office of Ministry, Director of Department of Agriculture, Leader of New Plant Variety Protection Office and the Leader of other relevant Offices are responsible to conduct this Decision.
