DECISION
ON ANNOUNCING QUANTITY OF LICENSES FOR TRADING IN DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOL PRODUCTS IN NATIONWIDE
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 94/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012, on wine production and wine trading;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 39/2012/TT-BCT dated December 20, 2012, of Minister of Industry and Trade, detailing a number of Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 94/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012, on wine production and wine trading;
At the proposal of Director of Domestic Market Department,

Article 2. Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and central-affiliated cities, and Divisions of Industry and Trade in districts under provinces and central-affiliated cities shall announce as soon as the Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced, on their websites and send reports to the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the maximum quantity of licenses for trading in wholesale of alcohol products in provinces and the maximum quantity of licenses for trading in retail of alcohol products in districts under provinces.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect on the day of its signing.
Article 4. The Chief of ministerial office, director of domestic market department, director of legal affair department, director of light industry department, directors of departments of Industry and Trade in provinces and central-affiliated cities, and concerned agencies shall implement this Decision.
