ON SUPPLEMENTING AND AMENDING THE LIST OF PERSONAL PROTECTION OUTFITS EQUIPPED FOR LABORERS DOING OCCUPATIONS OR JOBS INVOLVING HAZARDOUS AND NOXIOUS ELEMENTS
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 15/CP of March 2, 1993 defining the tasks, powers and State management responsibilities of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 96/CP of December 7, 1993 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Article 6 of the Government’s Decree No. 06/CP of January 20, 1995 and Circular No. 10/1998/TT-BLDTBXH of May 28, 1998 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the regime on equipping of personal protection outfits;
At the proposal of the director of the Labor Protection Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To add a new list of personal protection outfits equipped for laborers doing occupations or jobs involving hazardous and noxious elements (see Appendix 1 attached herewith).
Article 2.- To replace some items in the List of personal protection outfits equipped for laborers doing occupations or jobs involving hazardous and noxious elements, issued together with Decision No. 955/1998/QD-BLDTBXH and Decision No. 1320/1999/QD-BLDTBXH (see Appendix 2 attached herewith).
Article 3.- To additionally equip crash helmets for those who do jobs of itinerant nature, requiring them to travel much by motorcycle on routes; warm clothes, warm hats or scarves, warm gloves and warm socks for those who work in extremely cold or freezing areas, if they have not yet been provided therewith.
