ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LISTS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS IN HEALTH CARE

MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Law on Information technology dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated April 10, 2007 on application of information technology to operation of state authorities;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 63/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 on functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the request of the Director of the Information Technology Department (hereinafter referred to as ITD) - the Ministry of Health,

DECIDES:

1. The lists compiled by the Ministry of Health;

2. The lists compiled by other bodies;

3. Lists of protocols of technical standards for IT applications in health care intelligence systems.

Article 2. The lists are used as the basis for application of information technology to health care. The intelligence systems that have been working or have been established before this Decision takes effect must be checked and upgraded to suit the standards for application of information technology to health care.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the day on which it is signed.

Article 4. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of ITD, the Director of Medical Service Administration affiliated to the Ministry of Health; Directors of hospitals and the institutes having sickbeds affiliated to the Ministry of Health, Directors of Services of Health; heads of health authorities and heads of relevant units are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
