DECISION

ON THE LIST OF THE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY COUNCIL

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;
Proceeding from Decision No.183-TTg on the 21st of April, 1993 of the Prime Minister to issue the Regulation on the organization and activities of the National Architecture Council;
At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Minister of Construction, and the General Secretary of the Vietnam Architects' Union,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To rename the National Architecture Council as the Architectural Consultancy Council of the Prime Minister.

Article 2.- To approve the list of the Architectural Consultancy Council for its first term (1995-1999) including the following 23 persons:

- Chairman: Architect Nguyen Truc Luyen, Vietnam Architects' Union.
