ANNULLING VIETNAMESE STANDARDS

THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 22/CP of May 22, 1993 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology);
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality of December 24, 1999;
At the proposal of the General Director of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To annul the following 7 Vietnamese standards:

1. TCVN 4536 - 88 Textile materials – Methods of determining color fastness – General provisions

2. TCVN 4537 - 88 Textile materials – Methods of determining color fastness against soap-washing

4. TCVN 5074 – 90 Textile materials – Methods of determining color fastness against water

5. TCVN 5235 – 90 Textile materials – Methods of determining color fastness against sweat

7. TCVN 5437 : 1991 Enamelled ceramic tiles for walling

Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect after its signing.
