ON PRICES OF DOMESTIC CLEAN WATER FOR RURAL AREAS IN HAI PHONG CITY

PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF HAI PHONG CITY

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of local government authority dated June 19, 2015;  

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of legislative documents dated May 22, 2017;

Pursuant to the Law on Price dated July 02, 2012;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No.177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 on elaboration of the Law on Price, Decree No.149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 on amendments to the former Decree, Decree No.177/2007/ND-CP dated July 11, 2007 on provision and consumption of clean water, Decree No.124/2011/ND-CP on amendments to Decree No.177/2007/ND-CP and Decree No.154/2016/ND-CP dated November 16, 2016 on environmental protection charge applied to wastewater;

Pursuant to Joint Circular No.75/2012/TTLT-BTC-BXD-BNNPTNT dated May 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance-Ministry of Construction and Agriculture and Rural Development which provides guidelines on principles and methods for determining price of clean water in urban, industrial and rural areas and the authority to ratify such price.

At the request of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Document No.1282/SNN-TL dated June 21, 2017 on ratification of the price of domestic clean water applied to rural areas in Hai Phong City; Document No.1444/STC-GCS dated June 14, 2017 of the Department of Finance and Appraisal Report No.15/BCTD-STP dated May 05, 2017 of the Department of Justice.

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. Prescribing the prices of domestic clean water applied to rural areas in Hai Phong City, to be specific:

1. For water plants using raw water from the irrigation system, the price of domestic clean water in rural areas is VND 9,000 per cubic meter;

2. For water plants not using raw water from the irrigation system, the price of domestic clean water in rural areas is VND 8,100 per cubic meter;

3. The prices of clean water prescribed in Clause 1 and 2 in this Article do not include VAT, water drainage service charge, environmental protection charge applied to domestic wastewater and tax on natural water resources.

4. The prices of clean water prescribed in Clause 1 and 2 in this Article apply to:

a) All communes and commune-level towns in Hai Phong City (excluding water plants of Hai Phong Water JSC and Tien Lang General Construction JSC)
