DECISION

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF ESSENTIAL GOODS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH CONTRACT FORMS AND GENERAL TRANSACTION CONDITIONS MUST BE REGISTERED

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the November 17, 2010 Law on Protection of Consumer Interests;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 99/2011/ND-CP of November 27, 2011, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Protection of Consumer Interests;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the list of essential goods and services for which contract forms and general transaction conditions must be registered according to Clause 1, Article 19 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Interests.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect on March 1, 2012. For contract forms and general transaction conditions which are being used for the goods and services on the list stated in Article 1 of this Decision, within 90 days from the effective date of this Decision, business organizations and individuals shall register them under regulations.

Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decree.-
