ON AMENDMENT OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES IN DECISION NO. 36/2007/QD-BCN DATED AUGUST 6, 2007 ON APPROVAL OF THE MASTER PLAN ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEATHER-FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY TILL 2010

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the first session of the XII ^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on organizational structure of the Government and the number of deputy Prime Ministers of the Government in the XII ^th terms;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2006 defining the functions, task, powers and organizational structure of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 92/2006/ND-CP dated September 7, 2006 on the elaboration, approval and management of socio-economic development master plans;
At the proposal of the director of the Consumer Goods and Foodstuff Industry Department,

DECIDES:

To amend Point 1.2, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 36/2007/QD-BCN dated August 6, 2007 on approval of the Master Plan on development of leather-footwear industry till 2010 as follows:
