CIRCULAR

MAKING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE APPENDIX 4 ENCLOSED TOGETHER WITH THE CIRCULAR No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT DATED MAY 22, 2013 ON MANAGEMENT OF AQUATIC BREEDS

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Law on Fishery in 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Quality of Goods in 2007;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Livestock Breed in 2004;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine in 2004;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 04, 2005 on conditions for production and trading of some fishery industries; the Government’s Decree No. 14/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2009 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing the Appendix 4 enclosed together with the Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 22, 2013 on management of aquatic breeds;

Article 1. Amending and supplementing the Appendix 4 enclosed together with Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 22, 2013 on management of aquatic breeds.

Provisions on useful life of white-leg shrimps set out in Sections 1, 2 of the Appendix 4 shall be amended and supplemented as follow: “useful life: no later than three months since the date of import to the facility”.

Article 2. Effect

This Circular takes effect since May 14, 2014.

Article 3. Responsibilities

Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Directorate of Fisheries) for amendments and supplements./.
