CIRCULAR

ON PROMULGATING THE LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 1, ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE  NO.25/2011/ND-CP, OF APRIL 06, 2011, DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LAW

Pursuant to the Law on telecommunication, of November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree no.25/2011/ND-CP, of April 06, 2011, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Telecommunications Law;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.187/2007/ND-CP, of December 25, 2007 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Government’s Decree No.50/2011/ND-CP, of June 24, 2011 amending the Decree No.187/2007/ND-CP;

At the proposal of the the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority;

The Minister of Information And Communications promulgates the Circular providing on the list of telecommunication services specified in Clause 1, Article 3 of the Government’s Decree No.25/2011/ND-CP, of April 06, 2011, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Telecommunications Law,

Article 1. Promulgating the list of telecommunication services which an organization or individual owned over 20% of charter capital or shares in a telecommunication enterprise, it shall not allowed to own over 20% of charter capital or shares in other telecommunication enterprise trading in the same market of telecommunication service, specifying as follows:

Article 2. Basing on each period, the Ministry of Information and Communications considers  amending and supplementing of the list of telecommunication services specified in Article 1 of this Circular in according to the state policy on telecommunication management.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from August 31, 2021.

Article 4. The Chief office, the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, Heads of Ministerial agencies and units, telecommunication enterprises, relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.
