Pursuant to Law on State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 156/2013/ND-CP dated November 11, 2013 of Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 1, 2016 of Government on elaborating to Law on Import and Export Duties;
At request of Director General of Department of Issuance and Treasury;
Governor of State Bank of Vietnam promulgates Circular on list of imported machines, equipment, materials, components and parts serving currency printing and minting of State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 1. List of imported machines, equipment, materials, components and parts serving currency printing and minting operations of State Bank of Vietnam is attached to this Circular.
This Circular comes into effect from March 23, 2017.
Article 3. Responsibilities for implementation
Chief of the Office, Director General of Department of Issuance and Treasury, heads of entities affiliated to State Bank of Vietnam: Chairperson of Board of Directors, Chairperson of Board of Members and General Directors of currency printing and minting facilities are responsible for implementation of this Circular./.
