trẻ em nhà trẻ bán trú

"trẻ em nhà trẻ bán trú" được hiểu như sau:

1. Trẻ em nhà trẻ bán trú là trẻ em từ 03 tháng tuổi đến 03 tuổi học và ăn, ngủ trưa tại cơ sở giáo dục mầm non đáp ứng điều kiện quy định tại khoản 1 Điều 4 Nghị định này.
